What we build
eCareHRMS sits inside a broader Medarch portfolio: custom EHR development, integration, AI agents, care management, RCM, CRM, HRMS, and long-term care platforms. Each product is built to interoperate with the others through FHIR APIs and modern data exchange standards.
How we work
We embed with customers from kickoff through go-live and beyond. Our implementation team includes clinical informaticists, compliance specialists, and integration engineers — not just software developers. Most customers go live in 60 to 90 days.
Compliance & security
eCareHRMS platforms are HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 Type II audited, and follow HITRUST CSF controls. We sign BAAs, never train models on customer PHI without consent, and pen-test continuously.
